Welcome to Plymouth Yoga Room’s Yoga Vacation Experience in Tuscany, June 2025. By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully, and initial and sign where indicated.

• Non-Refundable Policy: Any deposits, Pay in Full (PIF) amounts, or installment payments made toward Plymouth Yoga Room’s Yoga Vacation Experience in Tuscany 2025 are non-refundable.

• Payment Deadlines & Due Dates: Full payment must be completed by April 1, 2025.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are non-refundable. However, your reservation may be gifted to another person (subject to Plymouth Yoga Room’s approval), less an administration fee of $500 and any other incurred expenses. Please contact us to initiate this process. Plymouth Yoga Room reserves the right to retain deposits and other payments to cover initial costs and bookings.

• Travel Insurance: All participants are required to acknowledge the importance of travel insurance by checking the box provided. Travelers are responsible for securing their own insurance. Plymouth Yoga Room is not liable for any losses or expenses incurred due to missed flights, travel delays, or cancellations. Travel insurance can provide coverage for unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.

• Airfare: Participants are responsible for their airfare to and from the retreat.

• Transportation: Ground transportation to and from the retreat, as well as during the experience, is the responsibility of the participants unless explicitly included in the package.

• Inclusive Offerings: The package includes accommodations, breakfast, daily morning yoga sessions, a day excursion to Siena (including transportation), one group dinner, wine tasting, and other listed activities.

• Respectful Behavior: Participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward fellow travelers, staff, and the surrounding environment. This includes treating all participants, facilitators, and local communities with kindness and respect.

• Alcohol Consumption: Participants must follow guidelines regarding alcohol consumption, keeping in mind that it should not interfere with group activities or disturb others.

• Consequences for Violations: Plymouth Yoga Room reserves the right to remove any participant from the trip if they violate the code of conduct. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.

• Personal Property: Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the retreat. Plymouth Yoga Room and its affiliated parties are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to participants' property.

• Assumption of Risk: By attending the retreat, participants acknowledge the inherent risks involved with yoga practice, travel, and retreat activities, and accept full responsibility for any physical injury or harm that may occur.

• Special Requests: While we strive to accommodate dietary preferences or restrictions, any special requests must be communicated at least 30 days prior to the retreat. Accommodations will be made where possible but cannot be guaranteed.

• Photography and Videography: Professional images and videos captured during the trip will be provided to participants at no additional cost. These materials are for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial distribution unless agreed upon in writing by Plymouth Yoga Room.

• Video Release Clause: By participating in this retreat, you consent to being photographed and recorded during the experience. These media may be used by Plymouth Yoga Room for future promotional purposes, advertising, or programming without further permission.

Plymouth Yoga Room and Borgo San Luigi are not responsible for any personal injuries, travel delays, cancellations, or other losses incurred during the retreat. Participants are encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance.

By paying your registration fee and signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined above. Plymouth Yoga Room reserves the right to make changes to these terms at any time, with participants notified of any significant updates.
